Remodeling projects that require permits are handled completely by SBS.  From site drawings, applications, filings, inspections, interviewing licensed sub-contractors, and coordination of those sub-contractors is taken off of the homeowner worry free.  What separates SBS in this category is we show you the best price we find for 3rd parties and that is the exact cost for those services.  There are no markups for third party services or the permit fee itself, it is all at cost to you.

With Every project SBS includes delivery from end of way point to your location.  In 99% of projects it is included with your project.  SBS has heavy equipment to handle large heavy deliveries of the entire renovation or remodel.  From 12,000lbs of sheetrock to a $2.00 fitting.

Renovations and remodeling projects can be stressful for a short period of time, and SBS goes beyond what other contractors will put effort into.  This is another service that sets ups apart.  Many things cannot be listed or advertised as we are not trying to gain favor to get your business.  All of our services afterwards are described as appreciation for calling upon us.  

Generally every customer can call upon us when they have an emergency or non-emergency , and SBS for the most part will not charge for that request, wether or not it had anything to do with a previous contract.   Every customer situation is different.
